Attention Lions Clubs with Foundations:

If your club has a foundation—or any entity operating under the Lions International or Lions Club name that is organized as a foundation—you are required to complete the Lions Foundation Annual Report Form by July 15, 2026. Your submission must also include a copy of your Foundation By-Laws and any previously unreported service activities conducted by the foundation. This information allows Lions Clubs International to maintain accurate records, update foundation contact information, and ensure compliance with association policies. If you have questions, please contact the Legal Division at legal@lionsclubs.org.
